Neighbourhood Watch: Herts Constabulary have launched a brand new scheme to revive Neighbourhood Watch in Hertfordshire. This is particularly relevant in light of vandalism and car crime in our area. When appropriate, we will post bulletins from the Neighbourhood Watch scheme below. Please note that the latest bulletins only are posted and we do not keep an archive of information. A new OWL (Online Watch Link) system has been introduced (www.owl.co.uk) which provides the latest news and crime alerts along with management tools for deploying and maintaining watches.
